One of the UK’s top specialist contractors is looking to recruit an ambitious Site Manager who is able to be the focal point of a complex demolition & enabling works project in Central London.
Within their packages of work, as well as demolition they also undertake piling, underpinning, RC works and bulk excavation.
This contractor is someone that I have built a strong relationship with over the years. They have a fairly young team who have achieved several awards and as the company grows, the people progress through the ranks. In my time, it is extremely rare that I hear a bad review on this company and personally I have placed several people with them who are still there to this day – all with excellent feedback!
Ideal Site Manager applicants will have experience in successfully delivering complex urban demolition projects over £5m in value and need to have worked for top demolition contractors.
The majority of their work is in Central London so it is important that you as Site Manager can get into Central London easily.
You will be working closely with the Project Manager who will be leading this project too.
