Job Description

– Are you an experienced Plant Manager ideally with a structured career history working for groundworks contractors?
– Can you handle up to £3m turnover per annum worth of plant as Plant Manager?
– Do you see yourself to have the ability to successfully lead the plant of an up and coming groundworks contractor?

If you answered YES to the above questions, I have what you’re looking for!

A well-respected groundworks contractor is looking to recruit an accomplished Plant Manager to oversee their plant division.

Currently, their plant has a yearly turnover of between £2.5-3m and ranges between some of their own plant and some hired.

As Plant Manager, you will have someone in support but you will be responsible for leading this division and reporting solely to the Managing Director.

This is a company who is well respected within the groundworks sector and has always been notorious for their work ethic and quality of delivery.

Therefore, they need Plant Manager applicants to be able to live to these standards and ideally to have come from a groundworks contractor background.

If this Plant Manager opportunity is of interest to you, then please get in touch with Andy Cook on the contact details provided.

About Me:

For the last 5 years I have specialised in recruiting within the demolition, groundworks and RC frame sectors. In June 2019, I started up CG Specialist Recruitment with the goal of helping as many people within these specialist sectors as possible.

How Can I Help You?

Over the years, I have built a vast network of Hiring Managers within these sectors. With every company I work with, I like to know about the hiring manager, the company’s story, the culture and where they want to be in the future. This will allow me to match your skill set and character to the best possible organisations. I am happy to have a chat either over the phone or in person as to how I can help you to take advantage of the current market conditions.
